Beyonce to premiere two new music videos TODAY!




Beyonce will premiere 'Beautfiul Liar' featuring Shakira and 'Upgrade U' featuring Jay-Z today on BET's '106 & Park.' Yes you read that right---two music videos! My rundown on both music videos: 'Beautfiul Liar' video treatment sort of reminds me of Beyonce's 'Check On It' meets Destiny's Child 'Stand Up for Love' music videos. Don't get me wrong here--the video is still fresh with a little bit of something new flavor to it. Kudos to the camera trick that made telling apart B and 'Kira a bit difficult. Anyhow the videos look fly---'Upgrade U' is a hot club song that Beyonce co-wrote with her cousin Angie Beyince and sister Solange. I'm glad Beyonce finally came out with a video to it. I think the video is reminisce of her scenes from the 'Cater 2 U' music video. "Beautiful Liar", which I just heard on Z100, is mid-tempo with Beyonce and Shakira going back to forth. Niiiiiice! The best of both worlds---R&B and Latin!

Toya over at Toya's World got the rundown on Beyonce's "Get Me Bodied" music video: "The Get Me Bodied video is stated to be the extended version. In the lyrics Beyonce says "my three best friends", and they supposedly show Solange, Michelle and Kelly under an umbrella. Then later in the lyrics Beyonce says "Do an old school dance", Michelle is doing the cabbage patch dance. The choreography is said to be really "fresh and slick"! The video starts off with beyonce writing (as the song reads...9-4-81 B'day) She is writing it on a mirror with red lipstick." [pic credit: Toya's World.]
