Well, my spring break is officially over. Here I am at work, working on my resume and reading gossip blogs working hard as usual. Bah humbug in this piece.

I weighed myself yesterday, fully bracing myself for a one-pound weight gain following my trip. Do you know I have actually lost four more pounds? I verified this on two different scales. This is fantastic. I am gonna be killing the game in a second. I've already dropped a dress size and a lot of my clothes are just too big nowadays. I'm still working out six days a week and my eating habits are better than they have been in years! And today, five of my co-workers commented on my weight loss.  read more »

SEAN LEVERT AT THE 2008 NAACP IMAGE AWARDS THIS PAST FEBRUARY

According to WKYC in Ohio, R&B singer Sean Levert, who was the younger brother of the late Gerald Levert and a former member of R&B group Levert, was pronounced dead just before midnight Sunday at Lutheran Hospital. The Cuyahoga County Coroner’s office said Sean LeVert’s body was taken to the hospital from the Cuyahoga County Jail. An autopsy is scheduled to be performed sometime today.  read more »

Sean Levert, brother of the late Gerald Levert and son of Eddie Levert Sr of The O'Jays, died late last night: Levert, 39, died at 11:57 p.m. at Lutheran Hospital after being transported to the facility from the Cuyahoga County Jail - where he was serving time for not paying child support. Sean Levert had gone to the jail infirmary complaining he was sick.  read more »
