I was reading excerpts from Nina's book in the October issue of my Elle magazine, and she has some really good tips in there! Style tips that make sense will ALWAYS appeal to me. Loving this new show. Hating this new show. First, what I like about The Fashionista Diaries. I like Janjay, Andrew and Nicole, even though Nicole flaked out a bit by the end of the first episode (she's the greenest one), I'm still rooting for her, Janjay and Andrew. I wasn't really feeling Rachel, Tina and I especially wasn't feeling Bridget. The other thing I didn't like about the show, and part of it is just a reality of the fashion industry itself, and that's the fact that fashion people can be some of the rudest, cattiest, elitest, "know-it-all" type personalities on the planet. Such a major turnoff (thanks a lot Victoria...). The show follows 6 interns in the fashion, beauty and public relations/publishing industries as they compete for their "dream" job. And I have to say, I'm officially intrigued by this show.. I for one am gonna keep watching. Did ya'll watch? What did ya'll think?  read more »
