Ne-Yo

Though 'Do You' is a decent track, I was surprised it was released as the 2nd single from Ne-Yo's 'Because of You' album. There are definitely better cuts on the CD that are more single worthy. However, I'm really liking this remix - which sees The Queen of Hip-Hop/Soul Mary J. Blige join Ne-Yo on the track. Mary's verses rejuvenate what, otherwise, was a kinda boring track. Well finally, Mariah Carey comes out of hiding. I know she's been very busy in the studio recording her new album and that but I really did think she was in hiding becaause she put on the weight Big Momma House-style. Ya'll know when you don't see Mariah for a while and we get a sudden apearance, she usually looks chunky but not this time round. She looked fab yesterday when she attended the Fresh Air Fund's Salute to American Heroes gala at Tavern on the Green on June 7, 2007 in New York City:

I'm not entirely sure what 'look' Ne-Yo was going for in this GIANT magazine shoot, but it definitely doesn't work. On first glance, I thought it was a joke, yet the pics are legit.
