PHARRELL ON HIS EXPENSIVE TATTOO REMOVAL
Pharrell Williams recently spoke about a new tattoo removal procedure that he wants to do. Basically new skin would grow in a test tube at Wake Forest Institute in North Carolina before it's used to cover up Pharrell's unwanted tattoos.
