Ciara was on BET’s 106 & Park today. She looked cute, I loved her outfit. She was killing ‘em with those hooker boots! One thing I noticed was that she spoke uncharacteristically fast. Was she nervous about something? Her single flopping maybe?

Ciara talked politics, reminding Georgians that yesterday was the last day to register to vote. And she dismissed Terrence J’s question about her controversial VIBE cover, saying, “It was pretty fun.”

But Ciara’s new single “Go Girl” is not faring well on the charts. It slid down 4 more slots to #97. Her label hopes the video for “Go Girl” — which debuts today — will give the single the boost it needs. But we doubt that. Ciara is done, finished, she’s toast — a victim of the swift tides of change.
