Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri were seen at the opening celebration of Atlantis, The Palm Resort in Dubai. Both dressed to the nines for the event. In related news, Janet cancelled the U.S dates for her "Rock Witchu" tour but she just signed on to perform in Japan. (I hope Janet at least releases footage on a DVD!)
