Ashanti performed the lead single ("Shine") taken off Will Smith's "Seven Pounds" soundtrack on "Good Day NY" recently. (She also performed this song at Macy's Thanksgiving Parade.) I thought she effortlessly pulled off her performance with no back-up singers. "Shine" is the latest single to be released off Ashanti's current album, "The Declaration." Hopefully she'll release "You're Gonna Miss"
