They say Lil Kim went under the knife (once again) for some good old healthy facial reconstruction before filming for Dancing With the Stars to fix what her previous surgeries messed up, which makes a whole lot of sense. Right? What business is it of ours anyway…

Lil Kim was concerned with her appearance on the show, so right before Dancing With the Stars, she had reconstructive surgery to fill in her nose, and fix all the deformities that her previous surgeries caused. She is shooting a music video this Saturday for a new song she’s been working on.

The paps caught her on the way to a dance studio in Los Angeles, CA Wednesday for rehearsals. Catch her on ABC’s hit series, Dancing With the Stars, Monday nights at 8:00/7:00 central. Check your local listings for more details.
