Fantasia’s New Album Will Be Recorded The “Old-Fashioned Way”
R&B singer Fantasia will return to the old-fashioned way older albums were recorded for her upcoming third studio disc. She says she likes the live sound from older albums, before technology changed the way they were recorded. She will have a live orchestra in the studio when she begins recording.
The American Idol alum will start recording for the currently untitled album as soon as she gets a break from touring in “The Color Purple.” Her songs this time around will reflect the pain she experienced last year; business-wise and relationship-wise.
We’re excited for a new Fantasia album! We think she’s one artist that won’t ditch R&B for the new Pop sound.
