Tyler Perry’s show “House of Payne,” which airs on TBS on Wednesdays, is about to enter reruns after finishing up its first run.

He sent out a message to his email list asking them to give the show another chance:

“This is the last week of all new episodes of ‘House of Payne’. This week there will be three episodes that will air back-to-back and then the show goes into reruns until December.”

“And may I ask this to all of the people that gave up on the show early on and now have come back to it and are loving it (and I know that you’re back because the ratings are amazing!)  Could you just pass on to others how much the show has grown and how good it is now? Could you do it for me? I know it was rough in the beginning but its getting better and better.  A lot happens in these last three episodes so check it out if you can.”

I must admit, I support Tyler in all he does. That’s all I will/can say about that cause I am on lockdown! However, that show was SO terrible in the beginning.

And I wanted to shut it off and read a book but of course, I didn’t LOL. I left it on the Tivo and have been watching it as I got bored or whatever. I will admit it HAS gotten better!

It has a loooooong way to go. But I went from NOT LAUGHING AT ALL to chuckling a couple times an episode. And I mean, Keshia Knight-Pulliam was on there. RUDY. Lookin’ all good. Hmph.
