That is not obvious at all...the "scar" may not be true...or it is from something else...If she had a surgery the scar would be immediately under her breast or under her nipples...not sideways...

If you look at past pics of her and recent ones, it's obvious that she had a boob job. It's all good, though. Whatever makes her feel confident.
What I don't get, though, is her wacko fans who would deny something so obvious. Don't let someone's star power blind your own ability to reason. And no one said she was the devil. Just said she had a boob job. It's no big deal.
