Their source allegedly used to work for Jessica Alba’s ex-boyfriend, Cash Warren, and they claim that one of their tasks included filling Alba’s Valtrex prescription on a regular basis. Derek has been linked to Mimi, Jessica Biel, Vanessa Manillafolders, Jordana Brewster and Adriana Lima.
