A new Madonna track has just presented itself and it features Pharrell Williams. The track is called The Beat Goes On (produced by the man Pharrell himself):

It has a very hip R&B feel to it. I like it. The direction of the song comes as no surprise considering that Madonna's upcoming new album will be more R&B-generated (she is currently working with Pharrell's closet pal Justin Timberlake and his sidekick Timbaland). These two (Tim mainly) also incorporated the new urban transitioning into Nelly Furtado's latest album "Loose" so it comes as no surprise that when something or a certain combination becomes hot, that others are going to sit up and jump the bandwagon.
